Above is the Temple Bar pub, where Cwmdu hold their monthly club meetings, in a large room above the friendly public bar where everyone gathers both before and after the club meetings on the first monday of every month, (except bank holidays when it's the second monday), at 8:30PM.
The Temple Bar has been home to the Cwmdu club for some 15 years and
always supports the club by advertising in our programme, and has also
supplied the bar at race meetings at our track
near Kington.
You'll find the pub in the small village of Ewyas Harold which is 1 mile
off the main A465 Hereford to Abergavenny road and is signposted just
south of Pontrilas, about 10miles south of Hereford, and 10miles north
of Abergavenny.
Ours is a friendly club, and members can come to join at any of the monthly
meetings, when newcomers will be made most welcome and will soon get to
know all about the racing and social side of the club over a beer (or
coke if you're driving!), at the bar.
For further information don't hesitate to contact any of the committee
members whose details can be found on the club
officers page, or ask any club member at race meetings to point you
in the right direction.
Our club meetings are always well supported, so why not join the crowd
on:
First Monday of the month - 8:30PM
Temple Bar,
Ewyas Harold
